What I Wore - Warm and Toasty!

Hoo boy! Today was a day! Bufford's been battling fleas, and plans to get a discounted veterinary deal fell through so I took him to the vet today. He is such a good boy when he goes its the weirdest. Wags his little nub the whole time, even when there's a thermometer in his bum. He didn't like the shot though, but it sure did stop his itching. I think he's feeling better already.

Also, 75 degrees in October? Excuse me, I am trying to wear a cardigan, I gave up on my late summer warmth weeks ago fall, get with the program. Geesh. Haha, just kidding, it was awesome out today, even if I ended up sweating a bit. Anyways! On to my outfit...

These are my school colors! Not intentional at all. I am in love with the scarf and cardigan, they're just so classy. The dress is awesome too because it has a built in bra which is so convenient, haha! I really love taking Bufford to the cemetery. He has so much fun running around. We even saw a groundhog on this trip!

Brownie Pops!

Sorry that its been a few days since I've updated! Been crazy busy! Anyways, here a little review of some brownie pops Jared and I made last week.

Everything came in a box by pillsbury, which you can buy here(or at your local grocery store). They were fairly simple to make (though a lot of instructions to read which I hate. I need pictures, I don't have time to read 5 paragraphs! I want brownie pops NOW. haha), but a bit time consuming. The end result however was really tasty! Jared took his time dipping his and making swirly designs with the chocolate. I just impatiently dunked my pops in.

As good as they were, I probably wouldn't make them again unless it was for some sort of special occasion.  It was just too tedious, I'd rather just cut out a brownie square.

What I wore to Crystal Castles!

Last night we went to Crystal Castles, and it was SO MUCH FUN! I waited up in the balcolny the entire time right up front so I had a perfect view without being crunched by hordes of people in the pit. I danced my little brains out and watched Alice roll around and try to climb over the audience. Too much fun. Anyways, here's the little outfit I wore there yesterday!

Boof and Bella

So around the same time I was dying to adopt an English Bulldog, my best friend at Hot Topic, Aaron, was dying to buy a Bull Terrier. We would spend our shifts talking about the puppies in the pet store across the mall, go and look at them on our breaks, and go on and on about how some day we'd own them and we'd go on dog walks together.

Well, it didn't take long before we both found what we were looking for. Both ended up being rescues we found on craig's list! Only yesterday did the two finally meet and we finally got to take that dog walk :)

I love how tough they got... over nothing at all haha! They're just so cute together, their barks are pretty similar too. I had too much fun watching them play and hanging out with Aaron and Dustin. Can't wait for them to come again :)
