Through Diana's Mini Eye

I got some more film developed last week! It spans out from our trip to Yellowstone last year into this spring. Hehe, I space my film out quite a bit.

Downstairs Decorating

So I've been working on getting the downstairs to get it presentable to take photos of. I feel like it's still not as put together as upstairs is, but that just means I can take more progress photos later on :) Here's what we've got going on so far!
Since sofa covers are outrageously expensive, we use a cute set of twin flannel sheets! We have a little outdoorsy theme going on.

Meet Buckley! My Dad got him just for me for my birthday :)!

I'm so proud I've kept my succulents alive this long, and they've grown so much!!

Delicious basil plant. My precious baby.

Film Continued

So here is the rest of that roll of film. I have the day off and I am desperately trying to pick out a new template for my blog. I want it to look nice, but I don't want to pay a lot of money. I have tomorrow off as well so hopefully I can come up with some more posts and by the time my pre-week weekend is up I will have a lovely new layout :)

I hope the flowers the bloom in Cincinnati are even half as magnificent as the ones in South Park. Its almost spring now.

Film: Diana Mini

It's been too long since I've used film. Its easy to forget about it with an iphone in your pocket, ready to take photos you know will turn out how you want. But what's the fun in that?! I love film, especially when shooting with my unpredictable cameras with their light leaks and aged shades. I need to start using my cameras more and developing the film in a more timely manner. I got this roll developed yesterday, and the time frame spans from Spring to late Summer. They were shot with my Diana Mini. Enjoy!

Bufford had near death experiences a few times that day. I would consider this one of them.

Goofy guys.

Diana Mini

My Grammy got me a Diana Mini camera for christmas, and I got my first roll developed. They turned out AWESOME, I'm so excited. Especially because 35mm film is a lot easier to come by than 120 film, and they turn out the same as my holga would. I messed up the second half of the roll because I had the shutter setting on long exposure on accident, so they're over exposed. But I still got a decent amount of photos back, and I'm excited to take more!

Its funny, these were taken just after Christmas, and all that snow s already long gone! I wonder if we'll get more before winter ends.

A Look Inside - My Sitting Room

Globe from the thrift store, owls from my Momma :)

Thrifted mirror and lamp, curb dived chair.

Thrifted Mushroom Box.

By beloved camera collection and bike!

Art by Berkley Illustration that Jared bought a long time ago.
So I wanted to show off my "gold room". Asthetically speaking, this is probably my favorite room in the house, even thought we never actually sit in there, haha! The way we collected things and put them in there just happened to match up really well! I'm a little proud :)
