What I Wore: Business Casual Bug!

How cute is that bug shirt!? I can't even stand it. I saw it shopping with my Mom and little brother and it caught my eye instantly. And those shoes, I've had my eye on a for a while. I was actually looking at a mint pair of the same style, but after this outfit fell into place I decided red were probably more practical and would go with more outfits I have already.

The cutest part about this was Bufford came and sat next to me when Jared was snapping photos! I think he might finally be warming up to the camera. Or maybe he's just doing it out of forced habit haha.

Whilst browsing some of the shops in Alabama, I came across this little gem. Considering it was half priced, I figured I kind of had to. Enjoy!

Underwater Friends

So last winter I found an underwater film camera at the thrift store for $.99. Slightly skeptical, yet ever so curious and hopeful, I purchased it. Over vacation I finally had the chance to try it out, and I was not disappointed! Well, by the quality at least haha. I need a bit more practice shooting though because I can't see and can't be graceful as I'd like underwater hahah. Hopefully you'll get a laugh out of me and Duke's sillyness!

The pool was neat, it was half indoors, half outdoors!

Day Two: My Vacation

Day two we went exploring. We found a little nature reserve center, and there were all sorts of critters inside. In fact, there was even a turtle wondering around that my Dad didn't see, and accidentally kicked! Don't worry not hard, just enough to scoot him a bit, like a little hockey puck, haha. Of course I forgot to take my camera in, ugh, sorry ya'll. Then we went to the pier which was a lot of fun! It was super windy out over the water, we had to wear coats and everything.

My Vacation - Day one of the Beach

The first few days of the trip were Dad and Duke's archery competition, and they didn't allow cameras(such a bummer!!). So I mostly spent time being lazy and relaxing in the hotel. After that was over, we drove down to the bottom of Alabama to the ocean, right on the cusp of Florida. Boy, was it lovely down there, I wish that weather would've followed me back up. I'm sick of winter! Anyway, here's some pictures I took from our first day there.
