I want a terrarium necklace filled with moss! So awesome.

Eep! Cuore makes all kinds of cute doggie purses, from dachshunds, to bulldogs, to bostens, and more.
Not gonna lie, I really want a faux fawn fur collar. So adorable!

Buck yourself broach, love the name.

I adore this hood! ahhhh.

This Paul Bunyan print is to die for. Perfection.

What I Wore - Cozy Cabin

I love this look, I feel like I belong in a cabin in the woods, sitting by the fire reading a book.

Right when Boof got bored of me, haha.
Pitiful creature, hahaha.
Flannel - Thrifted(abercrombie)
Sweater - Modcloth(gift from Jared)
Pin - Etsy(gift from Jared)
Jeans - American Eagle
Shoes - Plato's Closet(Doc Marten's)

Those shoes were such an awesome find! They're (I believe)vintage Doc Martens! Not to mention they were half off the sale price, so only $6. Love them.
Such a cozy Sunday. By the way, isn't that weird elk at the top of the mantle awesome?! Jared found it thrifting last week and I love it, he's so creepy and neat. He's got weird cat eyes that bulge out, and soft leather ears.

A Couple of New Goodies

One of the Christmas presents Jared sent me arrived super late(something is up with the sellers of etsy... the last two things I bought from different people took a couple of months to arrive.), so I wanted to show you now that I have them. I also thrifted a couple of things, and I'll show you those too!

Aren't they cute! Little feminist pins from etsy user Thora Ford. I seriously want to wear them every day.

I also ordered this from amazon, and it is a miracle worker!! I highly recommend it to anyone stretching their ears. My lobes shrunk over the summer when I got sick and left my plugs out for about 3 days. Since then, I've only been able to wear my one single flared pair, which is a mega bummer because I have several pairs I miss wearing. So I decided to begin taping them back up(a process which means slowly adding layer after layer of tape to my plugs over a long course of time to stretch them out), which is a tedious process, and my ears are stubborn and hate to stretch. I'd heard great things about jojoba oil, but I just never felt like ordering it before for some reason.
I finally bit the bullet and ordered this when I saw it. Its a souped up mix of great oils, "Ingredients include: Sweet Almond Oil: Relives itching, soreness, and dryness Jojoba Oil: Promotes new cell growth and is anti-bacterial Wheat Germ Oil: Heals dry damaged skin and reduces scaring Tea Tree Oil: Antiseptic, Anti-fungal, Anti-Inflammatory, cleans wounds, and repairs skin Myrhh Oil: Anti-Microbial, Anti-fungal, and Antiseptic". My ears are the happiest they've ever been. In fact, in two days my lobes were loosey goosey, and all ready for more tape. Its crazy! So glad I bought this, I'll be back to wearing my double flares in no time at all!
I also received this dress from Modcloth's refer a friend program. I love is, its so adorable. It makes me want to take a trip, I haven't been on a plane in so long. Its a tiny bit uncomfortable, but the cuteness factor makes up for it. I really need to wash it though, the dye keeps turning my skin blue! It has pockets, and after putting my hands in them all day and seeing the blue, I thought I was having a heart attack or something! haha.

Last but not least I ordered a tripod attachment replacement. I lost mine so I couldn't connect my camera to my tripod, which meant no selfies. I've been having Jared and Sophie shoot my outfit pics for me lately. Now I can once again diy my own outfit posts, which is convenient.

Hope your Sunday is a funday!

What I Wore - Nautical Nellie

This is such a spring look... I mean, I'm wearing shorts for pete's sakes. Its freezing cold outside, but that doesn't mean it's not warm in my house...!

Hat - Charming Charlie
Narwhal Necklace - Modcloth circa 2009
Shirt - Forever 21
Cardigan - Forever 21
Shorts - Thrifted
Socks - Urban Outfitters
Shoes - Forever 21

I love nautical stuff, not sure why. I really love that hat too, I got it for such a cheap price. It was half off the sale price of $15! I cut up old thrifted pants to make the shorts. My narwhal necklace has been through rough waters... the horn broke off due to my carelessness, but has twice since been glued back on.

Special thanks to Sophie for taking these!
Hope you're having a great weekend!

Strawberries and Nutella

These two are a match made in heaven, and I don't know why I hadn't combined them myself until now. I mean, that's what I always get at That Crepe Place, why not make something similar for myself at home! So I slapped both onto a tortilla. The Tortilla wasn't the best, but the nutella and strawberry overpower it anyways. I might try some kind of pita bread next time.
YUM. Hope your week is going good so far!

Flashback Friday!

I've been super nostalgic and sentimental this week, so I feel like making a flashback Friday post.
Summer 2007 - Me, Christal, Branden. I love this one.
2007 One of the last days of my junior year, waiting for art class to let out. I was moping because my senior friends were all gone.
A perfect picture from a perfect girls night, right before I moved to Alaska. 2006
My phase of wanting to have finger tattoos like Jepha Howard - 2007
Christal and I petting deers - 1995
My fro, 2005
This still makes me giggle  - 2005
Me and the boys - 2010

Jared gone wild - 2006
Selfie, so goffix - 2006
The desk of a messy 16 year old. I spy photos of my crushes.

Hope you enjoyed this little peek into my past! Have a lovely Friday evening :)

Glitter Banners

I finally got up and finished my banners! They're pretty spiffy and sparkly if I do say so myself.

Yeah feminism! I'm thinking of making a lot more and selling them through Clash Consignments in the Oregon District. If you would like to commission me, or you have any small phrases you'd like to see, drop me a line!
