Snow Day #2

The second snow of the year was a lot more impressive and long lasting. I put Steve in his fleece that my Mom sewed for him for Christmas, and layered up myself and took us for a walk. We had a good time frolicking in the neighborhood! I wish it was like last year when Steve was still a little baby who didn’t want to run away into an adventure. I used to be able to take him to the creek and let him off the leash and he would run around on the ice and in the snow but still stay close. Ah well. I was surprised it stuck, it’d been so warm I was sure the ground was too hot. Anyway here’s my cute shots of Steve rocking his winter fleece in the snow!

Snow Day!

It's basically snowmageddon here in Ohio, which in my opinion is kind of awesome. Granted I would have rather it happened in the middle of winter, not the end, but oh well, what can you do? Jared cleaned my car of snow this morning(he is so good to me ♡), and Scarlett(my car) does just awesome in the snow. I got to the on ramp of the highway, and noticed a bunch of people stopped on the ramp, sliding into one another. Of course I turned around and went home, because my life and car are worth more than one day of work. I called in to let them know it was literally not possible for me to make it, and a few phone calls later they let me know they were closing the store anyways! Glad I didn't even attempt it. Thankfully Jared had the day off too, so we took the cabin fevered dogs out to play in the snow.

*chants* Snow people snow people

Bufford LOVES the snow! I think its his favorite time of the year. He hates the heat(bulldogs are prone to overheating and have breathing problems on top of that) so he spends most of the summer indoors. Here's some shots I took of him playing with Jared :)

My Mom and Dad got me some awesome stuff for Christmas! Actually everything everyone gave me was awesome. I've got a lot of outfit posts to come! Nonetheless, some things they gave me will be the first showcase, because this outfit was practically already put together for me :)

Not sure how my bun got so lopsided, but oh well! I bought those shoes this summer and haven't really found anything to absolutely match them until now. They're a tiny bit too large too so I was trying to re-sell them, but now I just want to find some thick socks to wear with them!

Jared, Boof and I had a lot of fun playing in this so-called blizzard. It seemed like the snow was going to melt today, I was surprised I was sad at the thought of it leaving. I guess now that its finally winter, I want a full blown winter. Might as well have something fun to play in outside if its gonna be cold right?!
