I made more soup! I’ve been killing the recipe goal this month. I forgot to take pics until it was basically all in the pot, but it’s just a simple minestrone recipe. Easy and tasty :) I put it in my new Stanley thermos which kept it piping hot all day, which ruled because I had a closing shift, and got to eat a hot meal during it.
